Terms and Conditions (T&C)
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online store of PJGOTYOU.CH by customers worldwide.
2. Offer and Contract Conclusion
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected goods. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email.
3. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and exclude any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply in the destination country.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
4. Delivery
We ship worldwide.
Delivery time is usually between 1–15 business days depending on the destination.
International shipments may be subject to delays due to customs or other factors beyond our control.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon placing the order and must be made using the available payment methods in the online shop.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods.

You must return the goods within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal.
You bear the cost of return shipping.
Refunds will be issued after we receive the returned goods or proof of return.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- worn or used items
- washed items
- items not returned in original condition
7. Returns (Non-EU Customers)
For customers outside the EU, returns are only accepted in case of defective or incorrect items.
Defects must be reported within 5 days of receiving the goods via email: pjgotyou.ch@gmail.com
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
After verification, we will either replace the item or issue a refund.
Returns due to size, preference, or other reasons are excluded.
8. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
9. Liability
We are only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
10. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of PJGOTYOU.CH, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
12. Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
