Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. email or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

Return of Goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• goods that have been worn, washed, or used

• goods not returned in their original condition
